Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original packaging with tags intact
  • Free from any damage or stains

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Undergarments and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details
  2. Share clear pictures of the item (if required)
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
